Montmorency Cherries

Montmorency cherries are the bread and butter of the fruitHaven brand. Grown on small family farms in North America, these cherries are rich in red color, packed with a sweet-sour taste, and contain a unique nutrient profile that helps make them the most popular tart cherries in America.

Vitamin C, vitamin A, anthocyanins, and other vitamins and minerals that Montmorency's contain give them anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce muscle soreness and aid recovery. Additionally, Montmorency cherries contain melatonin, which can also help improve the quality and duration of sleep and restfulness.

Cranberries

Cranberries are another unique superfruit in the fruitHaven lineup. They are one of only three commercial fruits native to North America. Full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, cranberries can support urinary tract, stomach, oral, and heart health.

Because of their many health benefits and tart flavor, cranberries are well suited to help refuel the body in our Super Fruit Juice.

Blueberries

Native to North America for 13,000 years, blueberries are grown across the U.S. and are available year-round to consumers. Low in calories but high in nutrients, blueberries are the most nutrient-dense of all berries and are one of the top-ten most nutritional foods.

Blueberries are loaded with powerful antioxidant substances that include anthocyanins and various other plant compounds that can help consumers regain energy after long workouts or stressful situations.

As a counterpoint to tart cherries and cranberries, the inclusion of blueberries in our Super Fruit Juice adds low-calorie sweetness to the delightful complexity of flavors and may help consumers physically and mentally refuel.

Pomegranates

Pomegranates have been grown in North America since the late 1500s. They contain compounds that help fight off potentially harmful bacteria, yeasts, and fungi — particularly germs in the mouth which is why they make the perfect addition to our Super Fruit Juice.

Pineapples

Although it is not native to North America, the pineapple has a lot of benefits. Pineapple contains high amounts of potassium and low amounts of sodium, which can help maintain or lower blood pressure.

Pineapple juice is particularly rich in manganese, copper, antioxidants, vitamins B6 and C and is a significant source of melatonin. The melatonin in pineapple, and consequently in fruitHaven’s Cherry Pineapple Juice is a delicious and delightful way to try and help the body relax.

Currants

Cultivated around 1600 in the Netherlands, currants arrived in America early in the 17th century and now flourish in cool, moist, northern climates. Currants are high in vitamin C and contain properties known to decrease inflammatory processes in the body and reduce stiffness and soreness after physical exertion. These benefits along with their sweet and sour taste, add to the deliciously complex flavor of fruitHaven’s Super Fruit Juice.

Dark, Sweet Cherries

Cherries came to the U.S. with English colonists in 1629 and are mainly grown on the west coast. While sweet, dark cherries are low in calories and chock full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients such as antioxidants, like beta-carotene, and the essential nutrient choline.

Anthocyanins in dark sweet cherries may help reduce your chances of cancer and heart disease and help regulate a variety of other metabolic processes throughout the body.

As a counterpart to Montmorency tart cherries and other superfruits, dark sweet cherries can help you refuel with fruitHaven's Super Fruit Juice.
